Food for the Gods

Plain yogurt does not have to be drab. Drizzle pine nuts (pignoli) with cinnamon and honey. Toast the nuts in the oven at 350º for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve sprinkled on top of plain yogurt. We prefer the Fage Total Greek yogurt, available in three varieties - Classic (full-fat), 2% and 0%. The reduced-fat versions are nearly as thick and creamy and equally as satisfying – a superfood indulgence that’s great for your health.
